Geez has it really been 13 days since my last post? Sorry about that, will try and not have such big gaps from now on. I have been messaging the Serbian girl for the last 5 days and she still hasn't responded yet. I'm not complaining, I mean I had a great time and she wasn't really my type for a long term relationship and besides I dunno if I even want a long term relationship cuz I am really enjoying being single and getting to taste all different kinds of girls. I think that variety is the spice of life and the "spice is life" according to Maud'Dib. If you don't know wtf I am talking about just google "Dune" and you will figure it out. The strange scent of a new woman is what the devil promised in that movie with Keanu Reeves, I forget what it's called but on a side note, I watched Point Break the other night to pay homage to the recently deceased Patrick Swayze, RIP my friend.

Anyhoooooo... let me tell you about last Saturday because it was a pretty wild and unpredictable night. I decided to take out this white girl named Melissa who works as a receptionist for a medical software company. They make the software that doctors and dentists use - pretty boring stuff in my opinion. So I take her out to a nice restaurant called Arturo's Uptown Italiano which is a kickass Italian joint in the uptown area. Everything was cool, we had dinner, drinks, talked about each other, our likes and dislikes, turn ons and turn offs. Yeah things got pretty sexual pretty quick and this girl was hella perving on me the whole night and I was like damn this shit is too easy, I wonder how many other dudes this girl has been with and I better make sure I don't catch no STD'd from this girl. After dinner she wanted to go dancing so we hit up a club called "Blur Bar". We were both in our 30's and the place was filled with young people in their early twenties mainly but I didn't care because I just wanted to give this girl what she wanted which was night of dancing and reckless abandonment.

We were slamming back shooters and drinking beers while we danced the night away. About 1am is when the shenanigans started. Some Hispanic looking greasing dude started like grinding up against my date and I was like wtf is this shit really happening?? He was with 2 other Hispanic greasy guys and I was of course solo with my date. I walked over and put my arm in between him and her and give him a look like back off this is my girl. He started yelling some shit in god knows what language and was positioning himself to take a shot at me, or at least so it appeared that way. I was standing there thinking god damn is this mofo posturing to take a swing at me?? I didn't want to get hit first so I just hit him as hard as humanly possible and it landed square on his jaw. He crumpled to the ground like a sack of potatoes and I turned to face his 2 friends perfectly prepared to deal with the onslaught of fists that were about to come... instead they just looked horrified and tended to their fallen comrade. Two bouncers rushed over and then the next thing I know there were 5 bouncers there separating people and dealing with the situation. They grabbed the 3 Hispanic guys and dragged them to the front doors of the club. Then one of the bouncers grabbed me by the air and leaned in and said that I could stay, it was no problem and that he himself couldn't stand greasy ass hispanics and that it was fun to watch me knock the guy out and said that it was an impressive punch.

We kept on dancing in the club but I felt slightly uncomfortable like I could get jumped at any second that perhaps these guys had some other friends in the club still waiting to make their move. We left shortly after that and went to a coffee shop to just chill and talk a bit before we headed home. She was really horny I could tell, and was saying that she had never had someone fight over her or protect her like that and she was hella getting off on it. I decided to get out of the coffee shop and just told her "we are going to my place" and smiled. She grabbed my arm and we left. When I woke up the next morning, she was already gone... left a note saying that she had to go to work early and apologized for leaving the door unlocked on her way out. Luckily I live in a nice secure upscale building and no one came in while I was sleeping etc.

I messaged her the next day and she said she had a great time and that we should do it again sometime soon. I am not really sure what to make of things, not sure if she just wanted a good time or if she was really into me and potentially wanted a relationship. Time will tell.

The other day Tom Selleck came into the restaurant I manage and that was awesome. We gave him the private room in the back. He was with some blonde woman - not exactly sure who she was but he was definitely very cool. Anyways, been chatting it up with a lot of different girls online. I feel like a kid in a candy store. It is really good for my ego to have these girls say nice things about my pictures in my profile etc. It seems like everyone is flocking to internet dating and it's a trend that is only growing.

I met this Serbian girl online and she agreed to go out with me on this Friday that just passed. She said she was a big sushi fan so I took her to Azuma which is a wicked asian place on Kirby. She was very impressed with the place and I think it was the nicest sushi place she had ever been to. We talked a lot and she was very attractive. She was 27 years old and was going back to school to get a degree in biology.

She said she was a big Radiohead fan and that her favorite song was Fake Plastic Trees which I thought was pretty random and out of the ordinary. She also said she loves the show Entourage. I like both of those things so I was very stoked to hear this news Now if only she was into video games and MMA lolzorz.

She told me some wild stories about her country and it doesn't sound like the type of place I would want to visit any time soon. This Serbian girl reminded me of Grand Theft Auto 4 cuz the guy in that game was Serbian too She definitely still had the classic eastern european accent but I thought that was hella sexy. She said she was in a long term relationship for 5 years before she moved to Houston. She said the guy was a total dick and she was looking for someone a lot nicer. I'm not sure if I am that guy but hey I try and be nice and stuff

After dinner we took a taxi to Midtown Houston and went to this place called Pubfiction or Pub Fiction I dunno - it is kind of an upscale sports bar. It was really packed when we got there at 10:30pm and I had to slip the doorman a 20 dollar bill to get in past the crowd. I switched from drinking vodka to drinking pitchers of cheap beer. I dunno, that was what she wanted. They played some good music there and even played "Shimmer" by Fuel. God I love the band Fuel it's too bad they broke up etc would love to see them get back together. Chris Daughtry from American Idol sand Hemorrhage on Idol and after the band heard it, they called him up and offered him the job of lead singer but he turned it down and I was like wtf how could you turn it down! But I guess he knew what he was doing because he fronted his own band and they are now a multi-platinum selling band.

So anyways back to the date lol... my stomach was getting kind of sore from having switched to drinking beer. We left the bar drunk as a mofo around 2am and took a taxi back to her place. We started making out in the back of the taxi and I don't really remember the actual ride over there. What I do remember was how good of a kisser she was and how good her perfume smelled. We got to her place which was a small nice one bedroom condo, smoked a joint on the balcony then humped like rabbits the entire night. My only regret was that I was so drunk... I am not really a big fan of getting jiggy with it while I am drunk... I dunno my body gets kind of numb etc.

I woke up the next morning in her bed luckily having remembered everything. I had a crazy headache and hangover but it was still all good. She was in the shower when I woke up, so I went into the bathroom and joined her in the shower... we went from there back to the bed and I banged her one more time before I left and went home. I was grinning from ear to ear in the taxi ride home and now I am wondering if this was a one night stand or the beginning of something good. I want a relationship with the right girl but at the same time I want to enjoy my single life for a while.

I met this girl online that is Korean. She is 26 and she moved to Houston from Korea 5 years ago so she isn't fresh off the boat which is a good thing. I noticed that Asian girls in general are hit and miss in terms of looks etc. I really dig Korean girls because they have soft features and usually have long straight hair. Who doesn't like straight hair lol. Anyways, she said she works in a bank as a bank teller and likes classical music. Not exactly my cup of tea, but hey, I should be more open minded. She agreed to dinner so I picked her up and took her to this Brazilian place I had heard a lot of good things about called Nelore Churrascaria Brazilian Steakhouse on Montrose Boulevard. It was pretty cool, the waiters wore these gaucho outfits and there were 11 varieties of grilled meats on swords. There were a lot of meatstick, sword, phallic jokes being made back and forth. I've never eaten that much meat in my life. We were hella full but she wanted to go out after that to a lounge or something. So we headed over the Tasting Room over on Uptown Park Blvd. Even though we were really stuffed we just HAD to try these french fries that come with truffle oil on them. They were awesome and I will definitely be back to have them again sometime. She told me on several occasions that she prefers white guys over asian guys because she is bored with asian guys and white guys are more interesting because they are new to her. This statement left me feeling kind of cheap and used and I couldn't tell where this chick was coming from. She seemed like she was attracted to me, but I couldn't tell what her vibe was and what she wanted out of the evening. She asked me if I wanted to go with her to the Houston Museum of Natural Science on the weekend and I said yes even though I really didn't want to go. After some drinks, I drove her home, and we exchanged a brief awkward kiss in my car before she left... I can't say there was much chemistry felt and I might just bail on her this weekend and see how she deals with that... gotta take the control back

My life has never been better... people get asked the question all the time "how are you" or "how are you doing" and most people give some bs response... but I am TRULY happy... one year ago at the age of 31, I left my long term relationship and have been enjoying the single life ever since. I manage a small Greek restaurant and I truly love my job. I meet a lot of girls at my job and I have a lot of fun dating them all. Being the type of person who can't get enough, I decided to try internet dating a month ago and things have been going well. I decided to make a blog and write about my various dates, where we went, etc. I know it's kind of lame, but I don't do much else other than eat, sleep, work, and go on dates. I don't know if I just want to boast, or if I want to help people... all I know is I feel like expressing myself and letting other people experience what I experience.
